Brand & Mission
What does Make Heaven Roar mean?
Inspired by Luke 15:7 - when one soul is saved, all of Heaven rejoices. Healing minds and helping people have victory over mental illness is part of the mission, but it's only the doorway. The ultimate aim is to upon up an invitation to approach the God of the universe and be rescued - not only from mental torment, but most importantly from eternal torment.
Where do the profits from my purchase go?
A portion of the profits go to advance the mission of Make Heaven Roar - to heal minds and save souls. Profits will help fund the advancement of the gospel, and mental health initiatives, like providing mental health scholarships to help people pay for counseling, doctors, self care etc.

How long will it take to receive my order?
All items are made to order and most are processed and ship within a week of ordering. Shipping times vary depending on your location, between 2-7 days is typical.
Do you ship internationally?
Sorry, at this time we do not. However you can still be a part of the movement. Check out this page for ways to be involved. If we offer international orders in the future, we will make sure to notify you. Follow @makeheavenroar on Instagram or sign up for emails to be notified of updates.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your address and weight of items.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely. Once your order ships, you'll get a tracking link by email.
What happens if my package is lost or delayed?
If your package doesn't arrive, reach out to us at contact@makeheavenroar.com and we'll help resolve it.

How do I know what size to order?
We recommend measuring a favorite sweatshirt or tee you own and comparing it to our size chart.
How should I wash and care for my clothing?
For best results: machine wash cold, inside out, and tumble dry low. Avoid bleach or ironing directly on the design.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return or exchange an item?
All items are made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged. Except in the case of a damaged item (we can send you a replacement if you email us with a picture), unfortunately we do not accept returns.
What if my item arrives damaged or is the wrong item?
Please send an email to contact@makeheavenroar.com within 14 days of delivery date with photos and purchase receipt, and we'll send you a replacement at no cost.
